14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days to return an item from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we’re sorry, but we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that your item is unused and unopened, it’s in the original packaging and in a resellable condition, and all labels and tags are still attached.
Important: If we receive an item that is damaged or unsellable (like a strong odor), we may not be able to process your refund.

Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 14 working days. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return and provide details about your refund.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us before sending it back. We’ll arrange for a free return in these cases.
Refunds: If your return is approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, feel free to contact us.
Exceptions: Certain items, like custom products or personalized items, cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
